When your call is returned you will hear “please enter
the number you wish to dial, followed by the pound key”.

Enter Your PIN number
When prompted, enter your new callback number and press
# .
Remember to begin the number with 1 if the
callback is to the USA and 011 if it is
elsewhere
The computer will repeat the number you have just entered.
If the number entered is incorrect, press 3 and
re-enter your new callback number.
If the number entered is correct and you use the service to
an automatic telephone extension press 1 and
enter the extension number followed by the # key.
If the number entered is correct and you do not have an
extension, save the new location number you entered by pressing
2.
Hang up when finished, or continue to make a call.
On registering with UWT you will receive a
USA telephone number which you an use to change various telephone
features immediately.
Dial this number (referred to by UWT as your Global IVR
Access number) and wait for the computer to answer.
Enter the last 7 digits of your access number for the
callback number you wish to change and press #.
