What is Global Call Connect?

Global Call Connect is an alternative to dialing internationally through your local, long distance or cell phone company. By routing your international phone calls through the UWT network, you can save up to 80% on each call depending on the country called.

Global Call Connect has no monthly fees, signup fees, cancellation fees or hidden fees of any kind and there are no minimum usage requirements. Any actual account usage is billed to your credit card at the end of the month and you can view your account details and monthly statement online

How it Works

When you sign up, you'll be asked for the phone number(s) from which you will be placing your calls. They can be home, office, mobile, or any combination! When you dial the UWT access number, the system will automatically recognize your phone number through Caller ID technology and you will have immediate access to the network.

To place an international call, simply dial any of our over 50 local access numbers.* You will hear a voice prompt asking you to "Please enter your destination number followed by the # key". As soon as you start hearing this message, you may dial your destination number followed by the # key.

*If you are calling from the United States, you can also dial our USA toll-free number instead of our local numbers.

Global Call Connect service is available for making calls from anywhere in the Continental USA, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, El Salvador, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Pakistan, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey and the United Kingdom.

NOTE: If you don't have free "nationwide long distance" included in your U.S. cell phone plan, you may be charged for the access number call by your cellular phone provider. Most probably, even with the extra charge from your cell provider, you'll still save significant money on your international calls with Global Call Connect. You need to add the cost per minute of your cellular phone plan to the per minute rate offered by Global Call Connect to calculate the total cost per minute to call overseas.
